At JerseyTribe, all orders are processed within 1–4 business days.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 12–15 business days

• Express FEDEX Shipping: 7–10 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
Please allow 1–4 days for tracking updates to appear.

Delays & Responsibility

JerseyTribe is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Customs or border clearance

• Carrier delays

• Weather or seasonal demand

Incorrect Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Orders sent to incorrect addresses will not be replaced or refunded.

Lost Packages

Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
JerseyTribe is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Approved claims will receive a replacement only — no refunds.
